TRUNG HAU GROUP ORGANIZES ENTERPRISE CULTURE INTEGRATION TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES

On November 20th, the Human Resources Department of Trung Hau Group organized an orientation session on corporate culture for new members who recently joined the company. The training session was attended by Mr. Vo Dai Khoi, Chairman of the Board/CEO of Trung Hau Group, representing the Group’s leadership, along with HR representatives and 12 new employees from Trung Hau Construction Corporation and Mekong Furniture Joint Stock Company.

The orientation provided an opportunity for the new members to come together and hear from the Group’s leadership about the company’s history, vision, mission, direction, and corporate culture. Additionally, the Human Resources Department shared information about welfare policies, career advancement pathways, and addressed any questions the new members had.

Through this orientation session, the new members gained a deeper understanding of the Group’s business development directions for the upcoming period and what they need to do to contribute to Trung Hau Group’s sustainable growth and development in the future.
