The year-end conference and party of Trung Hau Group in 2020, held on January 1st, 2020, at Palace Saigon, was a significant event where the company’s leadership, management levels, and human resources teams gathered. During the conference, each department presented their 2020 activity reports and action plans for 2021. Discussions also focused on resolving issues related to inter-departmental coordination, challenges encountered with partners and customers, which were assessed and discussed by the leadership and management teams to formulate solutions.

Summing up the results of the conference, Mr. Vo Dai Khoi, Chairman of the Board, delivered a concise summary of the company’s activities in 2020 and the action plans for departments in 2021 during the Year-End Party (YEP 2020) held on the evening of January 10th, 2020. Despite the various challenges both within Vietnam and globally, ranging from pandemics to natural disasters, the entire leadership and staff of Trung Hau Group joined forces with determination to move forward. Throughout the past year, Trung Hau Group optimized its operational machinery, intensified system construction and development, enhanced the quality of its workforce, and integrated information technology into operations. Despite the difficulties of 2020, it was an opportunity for Trung Hau Group to restructure and prepare for more robust progress in the future.

During this event, the Chairman of Trung Hau Group also appointed Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien as the CEO to lead the company’s operational management. With this addition, Trung Hau Group aims for even higher milestones in its upcoming development phase.
