Job description

Position: Site Engineer

Salary (gross): 10,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND per month (negotiable based on capability)

Gender: Male

Main responsibilities:

• Manage construction progress and quality at the construction site.
• Plan and manage assigned tasks in accordance with the approved project schedule and overall timeline.
• Collect specific requirements and feedback from the site.
• Evaluate and report daily/weekly progress of work teams and subcontractors.
• Support and mentor newly hired site engineers

Requirements

• Positive attitude and dedication to work.
• 1-2 years of experience (willingness to work in provinces such as Ben Tre, Ca Mau, Tay Ninh, and Binh Duong).
• Experience in factory construction projects is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with investors and subcontractors.
• Proficient in CAD and Excel.
• Age: 24-32 years old.
