– Investor: Becamex BCE Construction and Transportation Joint Stock Company (Becamex BCE)

– Location: Resettlement Area – Hamlet 1, Minh Thanh Commune, Chon Thành District, Binh Phuoc Province

– Project Scale: 44 townhouses consisting of 2 corner units with an area of 7x24m each, and 42 middle units with an area of 5x24m.

The project has completed the structural phase and is now in the finishing stage.
