Job description

Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Gross salary: 11,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND (Negotiable based on capacity and experience)

Gender: Male/Female

Age: 20 – 32 years old

Main responsibilities:

• Quantity and cost estimation: Calculate and take off construction quantities, prepare cost estimates, and submit to superiors for review and approval.
• Price negotiation: Analyze and evaluate unit prices from subcontractors and work teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and reasonableness.
• Contract management: Draft, review, and monitor construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and budget, for submission and approval by the superior.
• Cost control: Monitor actual costs against the approved budget, identify deviations, and propose optimal solutions.
• Department coordination: Work closely with the design, construction, and finance departments to ensure both schedule and budget are met.

Requirements

• Good attitude, enthusiasm, and responsibility.
• 0-4 years of experience (new graduates are also welcome and will be trained).
• Ability to communicate and interact with clients and subcontractors.
• Proficient in CAD and Excel.
