The International Conference on Sustainable Civil Engineering and Architecture (ICSCEA) 2019 (www.icscea2019.hcmut.edu.vn) is held by the Faculty of Civil Engineering – HCM City University of Technology (HCMUT) – in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from 24-26 October 2019.
The conference aims at better collaboration and cooperation between Vietnamese and word-wide scientists in Civil Engineering and Architecture. The organizers expect to organize this conference every 2 years periodically to create innovative space for scientists in Civil Engineering and Architecture to share, to exchange, to connect, and to build a better world.
As a developing country, Vietnam considers Civil Engineering and Architecture as the key fields to change the country quickly to be a developed and modern country.
Participants in the program are Professors who come from many developed countries, such as the USA, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Netherland, Thailand, Korea, China, and Vietnam…
