During the past week, Trung Hau successfully completed the topping-out ceremony for the Asia Shine Company Warehouse Project by erecting the roof structure, officially marking the completion of the structural phase of the project, ahead of schedule by 5 days. After 2 months of construction, the Project Management Board is ensuring the project progresses in accordance with commitments to the Investor, delivering safety, quality, and meeting the scheduled milestones. The early topping-out milestone is clear evidence of the excellent cooperation between the Investor, Supervisory Consultant, and Trung Hau as the General Contractor in executing this project.

Following the topping-out ceremony, Trung Hau will continue to finalize all remaining components, particularly the cold storage facilities with panel walls, ceilings, and air conditioning systems for cold rooms, aiming to hand over the project to the Investor as planned by the end of August 2023.
