On August 4, 2026, TRUNG HAU CONSTRUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY was honored to join JAKOB SAIGON CO., LTD. in organizing the Ground-Breaking Ceremony for the Jakob Saigon – Phase 2 Project at:
📍 No. 26, Road 26, Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park II-A (VSIP II-A), Vinh Tan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
This marks a special milestone as, eight years after the completion of Phase 1 in 2018, Jakob Saigon has once again placed its trust in Trung Hau as the Design & Build General Contractor for Phase 2 of the project.
The Owner’s continued trust is not only a great honor to Trung Hau, but also a testament to our capability, reputation, and commitment to quality that we have continuously built throughout our partnership with Jakob Saigon.
🏢 PROJECT SCALE: 3 HECTARES
🔹 Phase 1:
• Total floor area: 15,410 m² (Factory & office area: 10,911 m², Supporting facilities: 4,499 m²)
🔹 Phase 2:
- Total floor area: 6,314.78 m² (Factory area: 6,314.78 m²; Auxiliary facilities: 345.86 m²).
- A three-story factory building designed to meet production expansion needs and equipped with modern technology.
🏗️ Supporting facilities include: Parking area and guardhouse, Internal roads and paved areas, Water supply and drainage systems, Electrical systems, Fire protection and prevention systems, Lightning protection system, And other synchronized technical infrastructure.
🌿 ARCHITECTURAL HIGHLIGHT – WHEN JAKOB’S PRODUCTS BECOME PART OF THE BUILDING
One of the project’s distinctive features is the greenery surrounding the building, implemented with JAKOB stainless steel cable systems – a solution researched, designed, and manufactured by the Owner themselves.
This solution creates a modern Green Façade, contributing to improved microclimate conditions, reduced solar heat gain, enhanced aesthetic value, and sustainable development. At the same time, it clearly reflects Jakob’s philosophy of applying its own products in real-world applications, creating buildings with a distinctive identity and long-term value.
The harmonious combination of architecture, engineering, and environmental elements not only enhances the overall quality of the project but also demonstrates the development trend of modern, environmentally friendly industrial facilities.
